Resolving an AS400 Error Message

DO NOT ANSWER THE ERROR MESSAGE YOURSELF

Answering the error message yourself risks the chance of answering it incorrectly.

Reporting the Error Message

Take a screenshot of the error message, paste it into an email, and send the email to ishelp@homfurniture.com. If resolving the error is an urgent matter, such as a customer waiting, forget the email and call us at extension 100100 or telephone number 763-767-3646. The AS400 programmers will review the error message and will respond with the correct response to give.
