Talking to your manager

Your direct supervisor has the ability to re-enable your account in the AS400. If your manager does not know how to do this, there is another article specifically for them.

Contacting IS

If your direct manager is not working or is otherwise unavailable, the support staff have the ability to re-enable you as well. The support staff will ask why your manager could not do this for you so that they can better track who may need training, granting permissions to, or simply following up with.
