I see a blue screen, what should I do?
If this is the first blue screen you have seen on this computer, please restart the computer. If additional blue screens occur, please start a ticket for replacement hardware and ship it back to us.
My PC's fan makes a strange/loud noise...
Odd sounding, or excessively loud fans can be an indication that the workstation is failing. Please back up all your files and then create a new ticket.
